For all orders through our website, we accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
Payment must be received by our office within 7 days of your initial checkout.
Orders $75+ receive FREE Ground SHIPPING to the 48 adjoining U.S states. All other orders will be calculated at checkout.
The best ground method will be used for free ground shipping.
We also offer LTL, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air services for an additional cost. We combine shipping on multiple items to save you money.
We use UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service, and YRC LTL Freight for our shipping inside the USA. All international shipments are made using DHL.

We make every effort to ship your item the same business day you complete your purchase if it is completed by 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time M-F, all others will go out the next business day. We will send an email with the tracking number to your registered email address when your package has shipped.
We accept returns of new and unused parts with original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping costs are not included and will be at the expense of the customer.

Fiver Parts is a direct manufacturer of all the items it sells. We do not rebuild or remanufacture any old parts. What we do is ensure our products meet or exceed the OEM specifications and quality.
